A "soothing waterfall", "beautiful" ponds and an "inviting" scent greet you "as you walk into" this chain link four miles from the airport; recently renovated rooms boast LCD TVs and "cozy beds", and the staff "makes it a stay to be remembered"; those who encounter maintenance issues and find it a "bit noisy", however, call it "adequate" but "nothing special."

at Milpitas totally exceeded my highest expectation. The hotel staff was polite and helpful - from the minute we stepped into the lobby to the moment we left, we were treated like the royalty. The hotel room was huge, the sleeping/sitting quarter was 25x20, plus the 10x8 bathroom. It was elegantly decorated, facing the courtyard also, a wetbar sink and fridge. Unless you get a high priced room service breakfast, and there is no place to eat.

The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly, and shopping close by. The only complaint is that there is no place to get breakfast without driving for 20 minutes. If breakfast were affordable for room service, this place would be outstanding. ...read more

Decor was lovely, beds were very comfortable, staff was fantastic.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke but I think it was a non-smoking room.

This hotel was conveniently located outside of San Jose. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was decorated beautifully with nice toiletries in the bathroom, and had comfortable beds with ample pillows and crisp linens. I would absolutely stay here again. ...read more
